Equal time for McCain

From Media Matters, 28 February 2008 (LINK):

Will MSNBC devote as much coverage to McCain's embrace of Hagee's support as it did to Obama's rejection of Farrakhan?

“On February 27, MSNBC devoted significant coverage to an exchange from the most recent Democratic presidential debate in which NBC Washington Bureau Chief Tim Russert repeatedly questioned Sen. Barack Obama about praise he received from controversial minister Louis Farrakhan, whose statements Obama has denounced.

“The same day, Pastor John Hagee - who has made controversial comments about homosexuality, Islam, Catholicism and women - endorsed Sen. John McCain, who embraced Hagee's support. Hagee's endorsement and McCain's response to it raise the question of whether MSNBC will report on them as extensively as it did on Farrakhan's praise.”

Will be interesting to see if MSNBC’s pro-Obama, anti-Clinton stance shifts once the Democratic nominee is established. Stay tuned.

9 a.m. update: MSNBC's Alex Witt interviewed Mike Huckabee about Hagee's endorsement of McCain. Huckabee said he was "shocked" because of McCain's record on matters of importance to evangelicals. Huckabee seemed disappointed he did not get Hagee's endorsement. There was NO mention of Hagee's past statements.

“I See My Dreams” today: “Quite a leap”

This evening, a squirrel attempted larceny in Frodo's sunflower-filled bird feeder. Before Mick, the Wonder Dog, could swing into action in defense of our feathered friends, Frodo screamed, "You little Nazi, if you don't get out of there now, we'll send for Huckabee and his popcorn popper."

Frodo may seek to patent his new "tree rat preventative" nationally.

For those who are not familiar with John Hagee, Jan suggests you go to YouTube and search for the John Hagee videos and take time to really hear what this Evangelical Zionist is saying.

See who all is there with McCain (Newt, Tom Delay, Liberman, Lynn Westmoreland, et al.

Also pay close attention to what the Rabbi with Bill Moyers is saying about this movement by Hagee, who built a "Wailing Wall" for the Jews (not Jews who converted to Christianity as these people insist has to be done--or burn in hell), but any other Jews at his Cornerstone Church in San Antonio, Texas.

Plus, see his video about the Messiah. And there is another video with former Senator Gravel. After you check all these things out, you will see why people refer to McCain as George Bush III.

They play into the intent of this type of doctrinal belief that they are going to have control of the world's oil wells and have a "One
World Order" ruled by the USA. You might want to do a search on the "Apostolic Congress" of which Hagee is the head honcho.

From doing your research, you will know why McCain was singing,"Bomb, bomb, bomb Iran..."

Jan leaves the rest up to those who cares to know what is going on with the people who got GW Bush appointed to the oval office. Hagee has a weekly conference with GW Bush. Ted Haggard did too before he got defrocked.
